CALCIUM:
Calcium is a mineral that is an essential part of bones and teeth. The heart, nerves and blood clotting systems also need calcium to work. Calcium is used for treatment and prevention of low calcium levels and resulting bone conditions including:

VITAMIN D3
Aids absorption of calcium from the diet. Aids use of potassium and phosphorus required for healthy bones. Also required for maintenance of healthy bones and teeth especially in children.

FOLIC ACID
It is needed to form healthy cells, especially red blood cells. Women of childbearing age should maintain adequate amount of folic acid either through diet or supplements to prevent spinal cord birth defects
